THE AFRICAN COURIER. Reporting Africa and its Diaspora! The African Courier is an international magazine published in Germany to report on Africa and the Diaspora African experience. The first issue of the bimonthly magazine appeared on the newsstands on 15 February 1998. The African Courier is a communication forum for European-African political, economic and cultural exchanges, and a voice for Africa in Europe.
Arise Africa is a one-day program, first held on 1 May 2017, where Africans unite with Germans in a gathering to rededicate themselves to the teaching of Jesus Christ and to take up the task of spreading His word in Germany.
The event, whose theme two years ago was ‘Be a blessing for the land’, was organised by Pastor Frank and Mrs. Joan ldiaru under the leadership of Vineyard Speyer.
“Africans in Germany are today connected to the people of the land as one body in Christ as they are planning to spread God’s word through love by being a blessing to the land,” said Pastor Frank.
The event will take place again this year on 29 June in the south-western German town of Speyer as Africans will reach out to other peoples of the land through their culture in demonstration of the love of God.
Africans and Germans are united and ready to bring about a great harvest of souls to the family of God as they work together to make the event happen, Pastor Frank said.
“We call on Christians especially Africans to support Arise Africa as we will be gathering to meet for a ‘Breath in’ program on the 20th of June (call to pray) and a ‘Breath out’ program on the 29th June (open air festival).”
