THE AFRICAN COURIER. Reporting Africa and its Diaspora! The African Courier is an international magazine published in Germany to report on Africa and the Diaspora African experience. The first issue of the bimonthly magazine appeared on the newsstands on 15 February 1998. The African Courier is a communication forum for European-African political, economic and cultural exchanges, and a voice for Africa in Europe.
Ghanaian communities across the globe will hold an international conference call on the ongoing coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic on Saturday, 11 April. It’s the second meeting they will be holding since the outbreak of the international public health crisis.
The Saturday meeting is expected to deliberate on the implementation of the measures agreed at the first meeting, which took place on 28 March, and adopt new strategies to protect Ghanaians in the diaspora and their home country.
Attended by members of the Ghanaian diaspora from Italy, USA, Spain, Germany, France, UK, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Canada and Czech Republic, among others, the first meeting, organised by Concerned Members of Ghanaian Community in Diaspora, recommended several measures and strategies to assist their communities in the diaspora and families in Ghana.
