Nigerians in Germany to host end-of-year event

The Nigerians in Diaspora Organisation (NIDO) Germany is set to host its end-of-year event, aimed at bringing together Nigerians from across the country to reflect on the year’s achievements and look forward to new opportunities.

The event, which will take place on Saturday 14 December in Berlin, promises an exciting blend of culture, networking and celebration.

NIDO Germany, known for its dedication to uniting Nigerians in Germany and fostering meaningful connections among them, is building on the success of its previous initiatives.

One such example is the networking summit held in July 2024 in Berlin, which brought together over 200 participants, including business leaders, community advocates and young professionals. The summit, hailed as a resounding success, provided a platform for discussions on collaboration and strategies for strengthening the Nigerian community in Germany.

This end-of-year gathering continues in the same spirit, offering a unique opportunity for Nigerians in the diaspora to come together, share experiences and explore ways to empower the community and contribute to the development of Nigeria.

Attendees can look forward to an engaging program featuring keynote speakers, cultural performances and discussions on topics relevant to the Nigerian diaspora.

According to Larry Bello, the PRO of NIDO Germany, the event is not just a celebration but also a moment to recognize the contributions of Nigerians in Germany and plan for a prosperous year ahead. “This is a chance for us to connect, reflect and celebrate our collective journey,” he said.

The event is open to Nigerians and friends of Nigeria, offering an inclusive atmosphere where participants can network and celebrate in a vibrant cultural setting.
